MEDC Conference

Kimberly Nastasi of the Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce addressed the conference this afternoon about “Closing the Generation Gap.” She described the 4 generations currently found in our business offices: Veterans, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y. She discussed the differences in these generations and how they relate to the office. Kimberly described how technology has changed the workplace from Twitter to YouTube to Facebook.
