Mark James of ED Solutions was our last speaker today discussing “Using Social Media to Your Advantage.” He said that social media should increase efficiency, speed, and differentiation. Mark said his top 3 social networks were: Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn with ning and YouTube also being important.
