The Mississippi Economic Development Council (MEDC) is the association whose members are economic and community development and chamber of commerce professionals and the consultants, attorneys, and other professionals who are dedicated to making Mississippi a better place to live and work.  MEDC is the voice of economic development in Mississippi.  It provides professional development and networking opportunities at conferences, seminars and workshops.
